They will oversee or conduct scheduling planning actual construction expediting inspection quality control and total delivery of the project according to established criteria. They are responsible for tracking forecasting and communicating all costs profits and financial measures of the project. Through coordination with the site superintendent the PM will organize and manage all the elements involved in construction - labor temporary and permanent materials equipment supplies utilities and time.The pay range is 60k-70kYR depending on job-related knowledge skills and experience.Job ResponsibilitiesPlan schedule and manage projects to meet safety quality productivity budget and profitability goals.Monitor project progress labor hours crew mix staffing levels billings and cash flow to maintain schedule and budget compliance.Identify project changes affecting cost labor or timelines and ensure timely completion of change estimates and change orders.Review drawings lead or support field checks forecast manpower needs and oversee subcontractor performance.Ensure all work complies with applicable codes permits contract requirements quality standards and payment processes.Communicate project status modifications and performance updates to owners general contractors and internal stakeholders.Maintain accurate project records and recommend improvements to project management processes and business practices.Job QualificationsConstruction ManagementEngineeringBusiness degree preferredHigh Level of self-motivationAbility to multi-taskExcellent communication skills both written and verbalMust be able to pass a pre-employment drug test background and reference checkEqual Opportunity Employer including disabled and veterans.
