Project Manager

Our client is seeking a Project Manager to join their team. Project Manager will lead the successful execution of manufacturing and integration projects within the operations. Responsible for managing end-to-end project lifecycles related to production systems, equipment integration, process improvements, and smart manufacturing initiatives aligned with Industry 4.0 principles.

Location: Columbus, OH area

What’s the Job?

• Lead the planning and execution of manufacturing, integration, and Industry 4.0-related projects from concept through implementation 
• Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resource plans 
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, production, maintenance, quality, IT support, and external suppliers 
• Support equipment installation, production line launches, and process integration activities 
• Drive implementation of Industry 4.0 initiatives such as connected equipment, data collection systems, and process automation 

What’s Needed?

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience) 
•  3+ years of experience in project management within manufacturing, automotive, or industrial environments 
• Proven experience managing equipment integration, production launches, or plant-level projects
