Civil Engineering Project Manager

Location: Arizona

Industry: Civil Engineering / Land Development

Licensure Required: Arizona PE (or ability to obtain within 3 months)

We are seeking a dynamic Civil Engineering Project Manager to lead in-house and outsourced teams in delivering high-quality client services and successful project execution. The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise with proven leadership and client management skills, and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop project scopes, prepare cost proposals, and negotiate contract terms

Manage budgets, schedules, and technical resources for project completion

Build and maintain client relationships with a focus on satisfaction and retention

Supervise, mentor, and develop technical staff

Maintain quality control across all project phases

Provide technical direction for land development projects

Prepare and oversee design plans using AutoCAD Civil 3D

Exercise sound judgment and organizational skills

Manage multiple priorities and meet critical deadlines

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering

8+ years of relevant experience in land development or related civil engineering fields

Arizona PE license, or ability to obtain within 3 months

Demonstrated ability to manage teams and satisfy client needs

Proven success in initiating client contact, negotiating contracts, and securing referrals

Strong knowledge of Civil 3D

Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities
