Project Manager
Seeking a Project Manager with experience leading large-scale commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. This role will oversee budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client relationships while ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. The position offers significant autonomy and the opportunity to help drive the growth of an expanding construction firm in Birmingham.
Job Description
- Plan and manage large commercial construction projects, ensuring adherence to budgets and timelines.
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Monitor project progress and resolve any issues or delays promptly.
- Maintain compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and present regular progress reports to stakeholders.
- Oversee procurement processes and manage project resources efficiently.
- Ensure quality standards are met throughout the construction process.
- Foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure satisfaction.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Project Manager should have:
- Experience managing large commercial construction projects.
