Job Description

Provide executive-level oversight for large, complex ground-up construction projects. Manage project teams to ensure successful delivery of schedule, budget, quality, and safety objectives. Oversee projects within multifamily, healthcare, higher education, commercial, and public-sector markets. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, design teams, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders. Support business growth through operational leadership and strategic project execution. Mentor and develop project management and field teams while promoting best practices across the organization. Drive project planning, risk management, and resource allocation efforts. Collaborate with senior leadership to ensure successful delivery of a growing portfolio of work. Position is based out of either Quincy, MA or East Falmouth, MA.

The Successful Applicant

Must-have qualifications: Extensive experience delivering ground-up construction projects. Significant project experience within multifamily, healthcare, and/or higher education markets. Proven leadership experience on large-scale construction projects. Strong tenure with reputable general contractors or construction management firms. Excellent communication, client-facing, and team leadership skills. Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects from preconstruction through closeout. Preferred qualifications: Wood-frame multifamily construction experience. Experience competing against or working for leading regional and national contractors. History of successfully managing multiple large projects or portfolios simultaneously.
