Project Manager- Large Ground Up- Top MA GC

We are seeking an experienced Project Executive/Operations leader with a proven track record delivering large-scale ground-up construction projects across multifamily, healthcare, and higher education sectors. This individual will play a key role in overseeing major projects, strengthening client relationships, and driving successful project execution throughout the region.

Description

• Provide executive-level oversight for large, complex ground-up construction projects.
• Manage project teams to ensure successful delivery of schedule, budget, quality, and safety objectives.
• Oversee projects within multifamily, healthcare, higher education, commercial, and public-sector markets.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, design teams, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders.
• Support business growth through operational leadership and strategic project execution.
• Mentor and develop project management and field teams while promoting best practices across the organization.
• Drive project planning, risk management, and resource allocation efforts.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to ensure successful delivery of a growing portfolio of work.
• Position is based out of either Quincy, MA or East Falmouth, MA.

Profile

Must-Have Qualifications

• Extensive experience delivering ground-up construction projects.
• Significant project experience within multifamily, healthcare, and/or higher education markets.
• Proven leadership experience on large-scale construction projects.
• Strong tenure with reputable general contractors or construction management firms.
• Excellent communication, client-facing, and team leadership skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects from preconstruction through closeout.

Preferred Qualifications

• Wood-frame multifamily construction experience.
• Experience competing against or working for leading regional and national contractors.
• History of successfully managing multiple large projects or portfolios simultaneously.
