Job Description
The Project Manager - Large-Scale Construction - MD will:
- Manage commercial construction projects ranging from $30M to $200M+ from kickoff through project completion
- Oversee project budgets, schedules, procurement activities, contracts, change orders, and project closeout processes
- Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal project teams to ensure successful execution
- Track project performance and proactively address cost, schedule, and operational challenges
- Maintain compliance with safety standards, quality control programs, and company procedures
- Lead project planning, reporting, forecasting, and documentation efforts
- Utilize Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, and scheduling software to manage project workflows
- Build and maintain strong client relationships while ensuring project profitability
- Support field operations teams and provide leadership throughout all phases of construction
- Contribute to a collaborative environment focused on operational excellence and continuous improvement

The Successful Applicant
The Project Manager - Large-Scale Construction - MD will have:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
- 5-10+ years of commercial construction experience
- At least 2 years of experience serving as a Project Manager on projects valued at $30M+
- Proven experience managing large-scale ground-up construction projects in the $30M-$200M+ range
- Strong understanding of budgeting, scheduling, contracts, procurement, and project controls
- Experience working with public works, government, institutional, healthcare, education, or other large commercial projects
- Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, and construction scheduling software
- Knowledge of construction operations, quality assurance, and safety best practices
- OSHA 30 certification preferred or willingness to obtain
- Excellent communication, leadership, and client management skills
