This Project Manager role will lead the delivery of a large-scale $70M+ K-12 school project while overseeing all phases of construction from preconstruction through closeout. You'll play a key role on-site, managing client relationships, driving project profitability, and ensuring successful execution on complex public-sector builds.

Description
The Project Manager - Large-Scale Projects - NoVA will:
- Lead all phases of construction for large-scale projects ($30M-$150M+), with a focus on a $70M+ school build
- Manage day-to-day on-site operations, spending the majority of time in the field (4-5 days per week)
- Drive project schedules, budgets, and quality while ensuring profitability targets are achieved
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business
- Coordinate with superintendents, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution
- Oversee documentation, reporting, and project tracking using platforms such as Procore
- Identify and mitigate risks while maintaining safety and compliance standards
Profile
The Project Manager - Large-Scale Projects - NoVA will have:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
- 5-10 years of construction experience, including at least 2+ years as a Project Manager
- Proven experience managing projects valued at $30M+
- Background in K-12, higher education, federal, or public works projects strongly preferred
- Strong employment tenure and demonstrated track record of successful project delivery
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Experience with Procore or similar construction management software preferred
