Description

  • Manage multiple ground‑up commercial projects valued between $1M-$30M
  • Oversee Superintendents and drive schedule, budget, quality, and safety
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for owners, architects, and engineers
  • Lead project planning, buyout, subcontractor management, and closeout
  • Coordinate with internal project coordinators for documentation and reporting
  • Travel to project sites as needed (approximately once per month)
  • Ensure compliance with company standards, contracts, and safety protocols

Profile

  • Minimum 5 years of Project Management experience with a General Contractor
  • Proven experience delivering self‑storage, grocery, or industrial projects
  • Strong background in ground‑up commercial construction
  • Comfortable working fully in‑office with periodic out‑of‑state travel
  • Proficient with construction technology (Procore experience preferred)
  • Ability to lead field teams and manage multiple stakeholders effectively
