Job Description
- Manage healthcare construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
- Oversee medical office renovations, healthcare interiors, and facility additions
- Coordinate with field Superintendents, subcontractors, owners, and design teams
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and documentation
- Monitor project costs and financial performance throughout the project lifecycle
- Lead project meetings and provide regular updates to stakeholders
- Manage change orders, RFIs, submittals, and project reporting
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget
- Work closely with the Healthcare Team Lead and operations leadership to successfully execute projects

The Successful Applicant
- 3+ years of construction project management experience preferred
- Healthcare construction experience strongly preferred
- Experience managing healthcare interiors, medical office projects, renovations, or additions
- Ability to independently manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong understanding of construction documents, scheduling, budgeting, and project controls
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with field operations teams
- Proficiency with common construction management software and project management tools
- Must be able to work onsite in Charlotte, NC
- No hybrid or remote work option available
