Project Manager - HealthcareOur client is a reputable, family-founded general contractor with more than 70 years of experience delivering complex projects across the Southeast, recognized for its strong client relationships, repeat business, and commitment to quality. With a growing presence in Charleston and a robust healthcare project portfolio, the firm continues to expand throughout the region while maintaining a collaborative, client-focused approach.Manage all phases of healthcare construction projects, from initiation to completion. Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure project goals are met. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and timelines. Ensure compliance with safety protocols and industry standards. Oversee procurement and manage resources effectively to optimize project outcomes. Conduct regular site visits and monitor progress to ensure quality and adherence to project specifications. Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders and address any issues promptly. Foster strong relationships with all project stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes.A successful Project Manager - Healthcare should have: a strong understanding of healthcare construction processes and standards. Experience on healthcare projects ideally $10M+. Proficiency in project management software and tools. Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills. Ability to communicate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders. A degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred. A commitment to delivering projects on time and within budget.Competitive salary ranging from $120,000 - $150,000 base depending on level of experience. Comprehensive benefits package to support your well-being. 401k 5% match. Company credit card. Annual Bonus (typically 15%+). $750/M Vehicle Allowance.
