ELB Learning is seeking a client-focused Project Manager to lead LXT custom development projects from kickoff through final delivery. The Project Manager owns the project plan, client communication, scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks, and reporting while coordinating cross-functional learning and development teams.
Lead assigned projects from sales handoff and kickoff through final acceptance and closeout.
Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, dependencies, budgets, forecasts, and resource assignments.
Serve as the primary day-to-day client contact and lead kickoff meetings, status calls, milestone reviews, and project communications.
Establish and manage the approved baseline for scope, schedule, budget, and resources.
Monitor project health, progress, hours, financial performance, and upcoming deliverables; address variances early.
Maintain accurate status reports, RAID logs, decisions, action items, approvals, and project documentation.
Coordinate instructional design, creative, development, quality assurance, and other project resources.
Manage client inputs, review cycles, consolidated feedback, approvals, and acceptance criteria.
Identify and mitigate risks, resolve blockers, and escalate issues requiring leadership support.
Manage scope changes through documented impact assessment, approval, and change control.
Ensure internal quality reviews and required stage gates are completed before client delivery.
Lead project closeout, including final acceptance, financial reconciliation, documentation, and lessons learned.
Bachelor's degree in business, project management, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
Three or more years of project management experience, including responsibility for client-facing delivery.
Experience managing multiple concurrent projects with competing deadlines and priorities.
Demonstrated experience managing project scope, schedules, budgets, resources, risks, issues, and changes.
Strong client communication, meeting facilitation, organization, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Experience coordinating cross-functional teams in a fast-paced delivery environment.
Proficiency with project management, collaboration, and document-sharing tools.
Experience managing custom learning and development, eLearning, training-content, or digital-production projects.
CAPM® (Certified Associate in Project Management), PMP® (Project Management Professional), or comparable certification.
