M&T Enterprises is seeking an experienced project management professional to help manage, lead, and coordinate construction jobs. This role is responsible for managing projects from pre-construction until the projects are complete. We're offering our full- time Excavation Senior Project Manager:

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 5+ years project management experience
• Must be able to work with clients, co-workers, and other managers
• Must be able to pass pre-employment drug tests
• Must be highly organized with excellent oral and written communication skills
• Must be proficient in job costing and scheduling
• Construction background is a plus

YOUR ROLE:

As our Excavation Senior Project Manager, you will:

• Lead and manage projects, meeting timelines and budgets
• Prepare and review project estimates, contracts, and change orders
• Coordinate with superintendents to set schedules, order materials, and structure manpower
• On-site inspections are conducted regularly to monitor progress and safety regulations
• Financial reporting on each project
