As a Project Manager, you will take charge of projects ranging from $200 million to $1.5 billion, ensuring successful execution from field turnover to completion. Collaborate with diverse teams to develop and improve digital, analytics, automation, and AI-enabled solutions, driving innovation and excellence in the engineering, construction, and supply chain sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of products and solutions from discovery through implementation and continuous improvement.
- Oversee all project-associated departments during field execution.
- Ensure compliance with scope and manage risks effectively.
- Act as the company representative with local, national, and international agencies during execution phases.
- Engage with stakeholders to understand needs, define requirements, and ensure product value delivery.
- Provide regular updates on project progress and strategic direction.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field.
- 6 to 10 years of experience managing engineering and construction projects with budget oversight.
- Strong financial and data analysis skills.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate across cross-functional teams.
Preferences
- Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification.
- Experience in construction, energy industry, and/or supply chain.
- Experience in product management, digital transformation, analytics, or enterprise technology.
