We are seeking a Project Manager to oversee construction projects across the Greater Boston area, with a strong focus on life science, laboratory, healthcare, industrial, and institutional environments. This is a fully onsite role supporting projects located within the I-495 corridor, offering the opportunity to manage high-profile private sector work from preconstruction through completion.

Description
- Manage construction projects from planning through closeout, ensuring schedule, budget, quality, and safety objectives are achieved.
- Lead onsite project execution and serve as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, subcontractors, and project stakeholders.
- Coordinate project teams, including assistant project managers and field personnel, to drive successful project outcomes.
- Oversee procurement, subcontractor management, project scheduling, budgeting, and cost control activities.
- Collaborate with design, engineering, and construction partners to resolve challenges and maintain project momentum.
- Monitor project risks and implement proactive solutions to minimize delays and maximize client satisfaction.
- Ensure all work is completed in compliance with project requirements, company standards, and applicable regulations.
- Manage projects including life science laboratories, healthcare facilities, manufacturing environments, historic renovations, educational facilities, tenant fit-outs, core and shell projects, and new construction.
Profile
A Successful Project Manager should have:
- 3 to 10 years of project management experience within the construction industry.
- Experience managing commercial construction projects.
- Ability to work full-time onsite at project locations throughout the Greater Boston region.
- Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and client management skills.
- Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders, subcontractors, and project teams.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites within the I-495 corridor.
- Experience managing laboratory, life science, healthcare, pharmaceutical, or highly technical construction projects.
- Background working on renovations, fit-outs, manufacturing facilities, or institutional projects.
- Experience within a design-build or fast-track construction environment.
