The Project Manager will lead the execution of light industrial construction projects, including ground-up warehouse and distribution facilities. This role requires strong experience managing schedule-driven projects with a focus on site development, building envelope, and coordination of large subcontractor scopes. The PM will be responsible for financial oversight, client relationships, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Description
A successful Project Manager will:
- Manage light industrial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
- Oversee subcontractor buyout, scope alignment, and contract administration
- Develop and manage project schedules, with a focus on fast-track delivery
- Lead coordination with civil, structural, and MEP trades
- Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation
- Track budgets, cost reporting, forecasting, and financial performance
- Maintain strong relationships with developers, owners, and stakeholders
- Coordinate closely with Superintendents to ensure field execution aligns with project goals
- Identify and mitigate risks to maintain schedule and cost targets
- Support and mentor junior team members
Profile
The ideal Project Manager will have:
- 5-10+ years of experience in construction with a General Contractor
- Experience with light industrial, warehouse, distribution, or manufacturing projects
- Strong understanding of site work, building envelope, and large-scale coordination
- Proven ability to manage fast-paced, schedule-driven projects
- Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Excel, or similar tools
- Strong communication and leadership skills
