Project Manager - Light Industrial
Seeking a Project Manager with light industrial construction experience to oversee projects from preconstruction through closeout. The role will be responsible for managing schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and client relationships while ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. This is an opportunity to take ownership of meaningful industrial projects and play a key role in the continued growth of a well-established contractor.
Job Description
- Plan, coordinate, and manage all phases of light industrial construction projects.
- Oversee project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to maintain clear communication and alignment.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the construction process.
- Monitor project progress and address challenges to avoid delays or budget overruns.
- Prepare and present project updates and reports to stakeholders.
- Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with vendors and suppliers.
- Lead and mentor project teams to achieve high performance and successful project outcomes.

- Experience managing construction projects, particularly in the light industrial sector.
