Project Manager - Major Water Projects - Balfour Beatty (@one Alliance)
Location: North Lincolnshire /Barton/ Louth/ Grimsby Area (2-3 days office based)

Entering AMP 8, our most ambitious Asset Management Period yet, we''re taking on nature-based, sustainable solutions like wetlands and urban drainage schemes. We're setting global benchmarks in environmental infrastructure and empowering our people with exceptional career growth opportunities.
To support this ambition, we are seeking a driven and motivated Project Delivery Manager to join our high‑performing team and help deliver one of the most creative and innovative AMPs we have ever undertaken.
What you'll be doing
As 'Project Manager - Major Water Projects' you will lead and manage teams responsible for developing and delivering solutions across some of the largest projects in Water (£30m+). You will ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, to quality standards, and in full compliance with legislation, Alliance governance, and processes. You will take ownership of major projects throughout their full lifecycle, resolving operational challenges and balancing competing priorities to achieve positive outcomes for all stakeholders.
This would be a fantastic role for someone with a strong construction background wanting to transition into project management.
