The Senior Project Manager will report to executive leadership and serve as a key leader in the growth of a new office location. The successful candidate will oversee commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout while helping establish a strong market presence.
Lead ground-up and renovation commercial construction projects from inception to completion.
Manage project budgets, schedules, subcontractor relationships, and overall project execution.
Ensure projects are delivered safely, profitably, and with a high level of client satisfaction.
Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, and project stakeholders throughout the construction lifecycle.
Mentor project teams and help foster a collaborative, performance-driven culture.
Support strategic growth initiatives through local market expertise and industry relationships.
Utilize project management technology and reporting tools to maintain visibility on project performance.
For the Senior Project Manager we are seeking:
Minimum 5 years of experience as a lead Project Manager with a commercial General Contractor.
Proven experience managing both ground-up and renovation construction projects.
Successful delivery of at least one commercial construction project valued at $10 million or greater.
Strong reputation and knowledge of the local construction market.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive project outcomes.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Experience with Procore or similar construction management software is highly preferred.
Stable work history, demonstrating strong tenure and commitment throughout their career.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
