A Los Angeles–based multidisciplinary studio delivering architecture, landscape, and interior design services with a focus on integrated, people-centered spaces and thoughtful adaptive reuse is seeking a Project Manager who will play a crucial role in leading projects and work collaboratively with the studios team to ensure successful project completion at their Los Angeles, CA office.
Your Day Includes:
Working on both Single-Family and Adaptive Reuse projects
Successfully interfacing and communicating with clients, consultants, engineers, and contractors
Working independently and bringing projects from Schematic Phase, Design Documentation, Construction Documentation (in Revit), Construction Administration, and Permitting
Mentoring junior staff
Must Haves:
A minimum of 5+ years of experience in an architecture firm
Professional degree in Architecture from an accredited school
Fluency in Revit and AutoCAD
