Location: This is a remote position.

Note: To be considered, candidates must have strong commercial permitting experience, ground-up project permitting experience, and QSR permitting experience. Candidates must also have permanent U.S. work authorization.

Job Description

  • Manage commercial permitting and entitlement projects from kickoff through permit issuance
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients and project stakeholders
  • Provide timely project updates and maintain strong communication throughout each phase
  • Build and manage project schedules, budgets, and timelines
  • Review architectural and engineering plans for permitting readiness and compliance
  • Coordinate document review, plan submittals, corrections, and agency follow-up
  • Track permit progress, project status, billable time, and portfolio data in internal systems
  • Identify out-of-scope items and help develop change orders when needed
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and internal teams to keep projects on schedule
  • Present portfolio updates and project performance to leadership
  • Help maintain profitability across assigned projects

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of directly relevant commercial permitting or entitlement project management experience
  • Strong experience with commercial building permits
  • Strong QSR permitting experience
  • Strong ground-up project permitting experience
  • Experience with land entitlement and grading permits preferred
  • Comfortable reviewing construction, architectural, and engineering documents
  • Strong client communication, organization, and time management skills
  • Able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Permanent U.S. work authorization required
  • Valid driver's license and insurable driving record required
  • Able to lift plan sets and materials up to 50 pounds
