Description
- Manage DSA projects from preconstruction through completion
- Oversee budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and subcontractor coordination
- Maintain communication with owners, architects, inspectors, and field teams
- Ensure compliance with DSA regulations, safety standards, and quality control
- Lead project meetings and provide regular progress updates
- Review RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation
- Support and mentor project engineers and assistant project managers
Profile
- Previous DSA project experience required
- Experience managing public works or K-12 education projects preferred
- Strong understanding of construction processes, scheduling, and budgeting
- Ability to lead teams and build strong client relationships
- Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, or similar software
