Program and project management: Oversee the assigned day-to-day operations and logistics of the program. This includes creating schedules, analyzing and presenting data and assist in the development and tracking of program KPI's.
Financial oversight: Ensure cost-effective and efficient operations. Track expenditures, handle invoices, and process travel.
Communication and reporting: Serve as the primary liaison between program staff, stakeholders, partners, and other departments.
Administrative:
Oversees the Mobile Health Unit and implements quality control measures to monitor service delivery to enhance the efficiency of mobile outreach efforts. Ensures timely reporting.
Oversees the integrity of program records, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up to date.
Maintains data entry and inventory management.
Facilitates seamless departmental communication by organizing staff meetings, stakeholder briefings, and community events.
Compliance and policy: Ensure that the program operates in compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
