Project Manager
Manage ground-up luxury homes worth $10M+

Manage ground-up luxury residential projects from planning through completion
Oversee project budgets, schedules, contracts, and procurement activities
Coordinate architects, consultants, subcontractors, and ownership teams
Monitor project performance to ensure quality, safety, and schedule objectives are achieved
Lead project reporting, problem resolution, and client communications throughout construction

A successful Project Manager should have:
Proven experience managing ground-up custom homes valued at $10M+
Strong tenure with reputable luxury residential builders
Experience delivering high-end residential projects from start to finish
Local Palm Beach County experience preferred
Strong leadership, communication, and financial management skills
