Tiello has partnered with a premier Custom Luxury Residential Builder in Fairfield County, CT on their search for an experienced Project Manager to oversee Residential Renovation Projects/Estate Care Maintenance projects valued anywhere from $1M - $10M.

\n

\n

About the team: A premier residential construction and estate care management firm specializing in high-end properties, renovation projects, and comprehensive home maintenance services. They pride themselves on exceptional quality, client service, and operational excellence.

\n

The Project Manager will oversee both Estate Care Maintenance sites and Residential Renovation projects. The ideal candidate is highly organized, experienced in field operations, and confident managing multiple properties and clients simultaneously. This position requires a local candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

\n

• Manage day-to-day operations across multiple active sites (estate care + renovations)
• \n
• Conduct site visits and ensure quality control and project standards
• \n
• Coordinate and schedule vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams
• \n
• Prepare bids, proposals, and pricing for maintenance and renovation work
• \n
• Lead client communication with professionalism and clarity
• \n
• Oversee procurement of materials and services; track delivery and logistics
• \n
• Triage maintenance issues and deploy the appropriate trades quickly and effectively
• \n
• Plan and manage small-to-medium renovation scopes start to finish
• \n
• Navigate permitting processes and inspections as required
• \n
• Maintain detailed project timelines, schedules, and documentation
• \n
• Proactively identify and resolve field issues to keep projects on track
• \n

Qualifications:

\n

• \n
• 5+ years of project management experience in residential construction, renovations, estate management, or related field
• \n
• Strong understanding of home systems and general construction/maintenance practices
• \n
• Proven ability to manage multiple sites and deadlines simultaneously
• \n
• Experience with bidding, budgeting, and vendor/subcontractor coordination
• \n
• Working knowledge of permitting and inspection processes
• \n
• Excellent scheduling and time management skills
• \n
• Strong client-facing communication and interpersonal skills
• \n
• Ability to problem-solve, triage, and make decisions in the field
• \n
• Tech-savvy: project management software, Excel, email, calendar coordination
• \n
