Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our team. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of our real estate projects, from planning and budgeting to execution and completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management and a passion for the real estate industry.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets

- Coordinate with various teams and stakeholders to ensure project goals and objectives are met

- Conduct regular project meetings to review progress and address any issues

- Identify and mitigate potential risks and roadblocks

- Monitor and track project expenses and report on budget status

- Communicate project updates and progress to senior management and clients

- Ensure all project deliverables are completed on time and within budget

- Oversee the work of contractors and subcontractors

- Maintain project documentation and records

- Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management, preferably in the real estate industry

- Strong knowledge of project management principles, methodologies, and tools

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Proven ability to lead and manage teams

- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

- Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite

- PMP certification is a plus
