Job Description
- Manage projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring budgets, schedules, and quality targets are achieved
- Lead communication with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams
- Oversee procurement, contracts, change orders, risk management, and project reporting
- Partner with field leadership to drive site operations, safety, and project execution
- Support healthcare and higher education projects for some of Ohio's most recognized institutions

The Successful Applicant
- 8+ years of Project Management experience within commercial construction
- Proven success delivering healthcare, hospital, higher education, or institutional projects
- Strong understanding of budgeting, scheduling, contracts, and project controls
- Experience using Bluebeam, Sage 300/Timberline, or similar construction software
- Collaborative, down-to-earth leadership style with excellent client-facing skills
