Technical Stack & Requirements: Methodology: Expert in Jira, Scrum ceremonies, and Agile planning. Delivery: Management of roadmaps, identification of impediments, and forecasting. Domain Knowledge: Previous experience working with assets, cash flows, and 3rd party vendors is a significant plus. Core Expectation: While focusing on management, a robust technical foundation is essential to navigate the development lifecycle and proactively address technical debt within the project board. Qualifications: 5–8 years of experience in technical project management. Technical background (previous development or engineering experience preferred). PMP certification is a strong plus. Excellent communication skills for stakeholder management. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related discipline. 6-8+ years of Project or Program Management experience leading enterprise technology initiatives. Proven experience delivering large-scale software, cloud, infrastructure, or digital transformation programs. Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Experience managing Agile and hybrid project delivery methodologies. Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills. Experience managing budgets, schedules, vendors, risks, and dependencies. Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership capabilities. Preferred Qualifications Financial Services, Asset Management, Banking, or FinTech experience. PMP certification. Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or SAFe certification. Experience managing Cloud, Data Engineering, AI/ML, Cybersecurity, or Digital Transformation projects. Experience with enterprise PMO governance and portfolio management. Familiarity with change management methodologies.
