We are seeking a Project Manager to drive operational excellence and digital transformation within a transformer service manufacturing environment. This role focuses on optimizing processes, enabling data-driven decision-making, and supporting scalable workflows through digital tools and automation. You will collaborate cross-functionally to enhance efficiency, standardize operations, and support AI-driven initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Lead process optimization initiatives using Lean/Six Sigma methodologies
- Map, analyze, and improve workflows using Visio, Draw.io, or similar tools
- Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, quality, and IT teams to define requirements
- Support data collection and structuring for AI/ML and digital twin initiatives
- Identify and implement automation and digitalization opportunities
- Develop data insights using Power BI, Alteryx, or similar tools
- Build low-code solutions using Mendix (preferred) to replace manual processes
- Drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency across functions
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field
- 0–2 years of experience in project management, digital transformation, or operational excellence
- Hands-on experience with process mapping, data analysis, and digital tools
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Knowledge of automation, standardization, and workflow optimization
- Experience with low-code platforms is a plus
- Fluent in English; additional languages preferred
- Must be local to Charlotte area and authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
