Lead critical power projects from kickoff through completion.
Manage power system projects from order entry through final completion. Oversee project schedules, budgets, resources, and profitability. Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and project stakeholders. Review contracts, purchase orders, and project documentation. Coordinate engineering, service, purchasing, accounting, and shipping activities. Develop project schedules and manage resource allocation. Coordinate factory acceptance testing, site testing, startup, and commissioning activities. Monitor project costs, approve expenses, and support invoicing processes. Communicate project status, risks, and performance metrics to leadership. Coordinate contractors, vendors, and field service personnel. Support troubleshooting efforts and continuous improvement initiatives.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably Electrical Engineering. 3-10 years of experience in electrical power, controls, or industrial systems. 3-5+ years of project management experience managing technical projects. Knowledge of UPS systems, generators, switchgear, and power distribution equipment. Strong scheduling, budgeting, and contract management skills. Experience working directly with customers, vendors, and contractors. Proficiency with Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. PMP certification and government project experience are preferred.
