LHH Recruitment is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Project Manager to join a growing team near North Phoenix! This role is ideal for a hands-on project management professional with a strong background in manufacturing, production operations, and coordinating projects from planning through completion. This role is fully on site, and is contract to hire. The hourly rate is between $40/hr-$50/hr DOE.

The ideal candidate will have at least five years of project management experience within a manufacturing environment and the ability to manage timelines, resources, budgets, and cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage manufacturing projects from initial planning through execution and final delivery.

• Develop project schedules, timelines, budgets, and resource plans.

• Coordinate with engineering, production, purchasing, quality, and operations teams to ensure project milestones are met.

• Monitor project progress, identify potential delays or risks, and implement solutions.

• Communicate project updates, deadlines, and deliverables to internal stakeholders and leadership.

• Ensure projects meet quality standards, production requirements, and established deadlines.

• Track project costs, documentation, and performance metrics.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of project management experience within a manufacturing environment (required). If only 5 years of experience is had, an Associates Degree will be required

• Proven experience managing multiple projects, timelines, and competing priorities.

• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work cross-functionally with manufacturing, engineering, and operations teams.

• Proficiency with project management software and Microsoft Office.
