Preferred candidates will have a knowledge of dashboarding/data management- specifically skills in Tableau, advanced Excel, and Snowflake or equivalent. Degrees in data analytics or data science are also acceptable. You will make an impact by: As a project manager who is part of the production team, responsibilities will include: Working with plant colleagues to learn and understand current production processes. Communicate schedule adherence to internal and external stakeholders Collaborate with the Functional Organization, the Project Management Organization, Customers, and Vendors Maintain supporting processes for customer specifications such as customer supplied materials, test reports, etc Manage interested party communication portals - Strategic Project Solutions, BIM360, etc Act as the Voice of the Customer during production meetings Support the Logistics team with Authorizations to Ship, Material Ship List communication, and Ship-To Party information Lead Customer Factory Witness Tests and Drive any Punch List Items to completion You'll win us over by having the following qualifications: Basic Qualifications: Bachelors Degree or comparable experience (preferred). At least 2 years in the electrical industry. 1-2 years of Project Management experience.1-2 years in a manufacturing environment. Knowledge of SAP (preferred) Knowledge of Manufacturing Scheduling (preferred) Strong interpersonal and communication skills (oral & written) Proficient in Microsoft Office, with excellent Excel skills Self-starter with the ability to work independently under pressure and react quickly to changing priorities.
