Project Manager

Position: Project ManagerLocation: 21840 Van Buren Blvd. Ste 104 Riverside, CA 92518
Employment Type: Full-time
Compensation: Starting at $95,000 + annually, plus performance-based incentives

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage restoration projects from start to completion.
• Drive to multiple job sites to monitor progress and ensure quality work.
• Communicate directly with clients, always keeping their best interests in mind.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to keep projects on track.
• Manage timelines, budgets, and all project documentation.
• Read, interpret, and apply construction and restoration plans accurately.
• Track and report project costing, including materials, labor, and subcontractor expenses.
• Ensure all trades (carpentry, electrical, plumbing, roofing, etc.) are working efficiently and safely.
• Address issues promptly while maintaining a professional and customer-friendly approach.
• Balance multiple projects and priorities while keeping operations running smoothly.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in the restoration industry
• Working knowledge of all trades and restoration processes
• Strong customer service skills with a client-first mindset
• Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking abilities
• Familiarity with restoration project documentation and permitting is a plus
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (travel to job sites required)
