Key Responsibilities: 

  • Manage all phases of marine and heavy civil construction projects, from pre-construction through closeout.
  • Estimate and bid on high-value public and private projects.
  • Handle project documentation including submittals, RFIs, change orders, scheduling, and budgeting. 

  • Lead procurement, subcontractor coordination, quality control, and field team oversight. 

  • Ensure safety compliance and proactive jobsite planning for both land-based and water-based operations.

What We're Looking For: 

  • 8+ years of experience in heavy civil or marine construction 
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field 
  • Proven track record managing projects over $5M 
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, scheduling tools (Primavera P6 or MS Project), and Google Earth 
  • Familiarity with AutoCAD and HCSS estimating software preferred 
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills 
  • Willingness to travel and manage demanding projects with a hands-on approach
