Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all phases of marine and heavy civil construction projects, from pre-construction through closeout.
- Estimate and bid on high-value public and private projects.
Handle project documentation including submittals, RFIs, change orders, scheduling, and budgeting.
Lead procurement, subcontractor coordination, quality control, and field team oversight.
Ensure safety compliance and proactive jobsite planning for both land-based and water-based operations.

What We're Looking For:
- 8+ years of experience in heavy civil or marine construction
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Proven track record managing projects over $5M
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, scheduling tools (Primavera P6 or MS Project), and Google Earth
- Familiarity with AutoCAD and HCSS estimating software preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to travel and manage demanding projects with a hands-on approach
