A leading marketing agency is seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Manager to oversee multiple client projects from start to finish. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage multiple moving parts, and works well with both clients and internal teams.

Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple marketing projects from concept through completion
• Act as the main point of contact between clients and internal teams
• Coordinate with strategy, design, and content teams to meet deadlines
• Track timelines, budgets, and overall project performance
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high-quality delivery
• Communicate proactively and keep all stakeholders aligned
• Contribute to a collaborative and professional team environment

Qualifications:

• 2–3 years of marketing or agency experience a plus
• Strong understanding of marketing workflows and project timelines a plus
• Experience working with clients and cross-functional teams
• Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills
• Self-motivated, reliable, and able to manage projects independently
