Opportunity for clear career advancement into senior PM roles.Job DescriptionAssist in managing all phases of construction projects, including preconstruction, budgeting, scheduling, and execution. Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and field teams. Review project drawings, specifications, and contracts to ensure accuracy and completeness. Track project costs, change orders, RFIs, and submittals. Support procurement and subcontractor management. Monitor project schedules and proactively identify risks or delays. Conduct site visits to ensure quality, safety, and adherence to project specifications. Assist in project closeout, documentation, and turnover. Experience or exposure to masonry, façade restoration, concrete, or historic preservation strongly preferred. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications. Strong organizational and communication skills. Proficiency in construction software (Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, or similar). Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities. Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, team-oriented environments.What's on OfferBase Salary: $100,000 - $120,000 (depending on experience). Performance-based bonuses.
