Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

End-to-end Project Management of multiple concurrent projects.

Strong knowledge of SDLC, Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery methodologies.

Project Planning, Scheduling, and Estimation.

Budget Management, Financial Tracking, and Cost Control.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously from initiation through closure.

Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation strategies.

Manage project scope, timelines, deliverables, dependencies, and milestones.

Coordinate with business stakeholders, sponsors, product owners, and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Conduct project governance meetings, steering committee reviews, and status updates.

Monitor project progress, identify risks/issues, and implement mitigation and contingency plans.

Drive requirements gathering, solution discussions, and project estimations.

Manage change requests, project financials, and resource utilization.

Ensure adherence to organizational processes, quality standards, regulatory requirements, and client expectations.

Track project KPIs, SLAs, and delivery metrics and provide executive-level reporting.

Facilitate communication between onsite, offshore, vendor, and client teams.

Manage project escalations and resolve conflicts that may impact delivery.

Support proposal creation, solution estimation, and new business opportunities where required.

Ensure smooth transition of projects into production and support phases.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance delivery efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Oversee project documentation including plans, budgets, schedules, RAID logs, governance artifacts, and lessons learned.

Mentor project leads and team members to improve delivery maturity and career development.
