Guy M Turner Inc is seeking a Mechanical Engineer to plan, manage, and execute industrial projects involving heavy machinery and equipment. This role requires applying engineering principles in real-world field conditions and owning projects from planning through execution.This is not a desk-only role. The position requires hands‑on planning, problem‑solving, coordination with field crews, and direct involvement in project execution.What You'll Do:Plan and execute industrial projects from start to finishDevelop scopes, schedules, and cost estimatesCoordinate equipment, labor, and subcontractorsApply engineering skills to solve mechanical, structural, and logistical challengesWork directly with field crews during executionEnsure projects meet quality, schedule, safety, and cost objectivesWhat We're Looking For:Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, or a heavy STEM‑related fieldExperience in engineering and/or project‑based environmentsStrong mechanical, problem‑solving, and planning skillsComfortable working in both office and field settingsNote: Prior experience in our industry is not required.
