Project Manager - Medical Interiors - Bethesda, MD

The Project Manager - Medical Interiors - Bethesda, MD will be responsible for:

  • Lead and manage 4-6 concurrent construction projects on a federal campus
  • Oversee on-site superintendents to ensure timelines and quality standards are met
  • Serve as a key point of communication between the job site and executive leadership
  • Conduct site walks and support project planning with accurate field insights
  • Review project budgets, estimates, and cost breakdowns to ensure alignment
  • Coordinate with internal teams and HQ to provide updates and project feedback
  • Work closely with an existing Senior PM to maintain seamless campus operations
  • Utilize project management tools such as Procore, ProjectTeam, or MS Project

A successful Project Manager - Medical Interiors - Bethesda, MD should have:

  • 4-5+ years of Project Management experience in construction
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience with project sizes ranging from $300K-$5M
  • Background in federal, healthcare, or IDIQ/JOC contracting strongly preferred
  • Strong leadership and communication skills with a hands-on approach
  • Comfortable working on-site full-time (95-100%)
  • Familiarity with construction management software tools
  • Bachelor's degree preferred (or equivalent experience)
  • U.S. Citizenship required
