precision, and delivering exceptional results for our clients. We are seeking a Project Manager to oversee millwork projects from inception to
completion, ensuring quality, efficiency, and client satisfaction.
Position
Overview
The Millwork
Project Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of assigned
projects, including planning, scheduling, coordination, budgeting, and client
communication. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and
the ability to collaborate across design, engineering, production, and
installation teams.
Key
Responsibilities
- Manage millwork projects from contract award through
final installation and closeout.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and
work plans.
- Coordinate with clients, architects, general
contractors, and internal teams to ensure project requirements are met.
- Review architectural drawings, shop drawings, and
specifications to identify scope, materials, and potential issues.
- Oversee procurement of materials, hardware, and
subcontractor services.
- Monitor production and installation progress,
addressing issues and resolving conflicts as they arise.
- Conduct site visits to verify field conditions and
ensure compliance with design intent and quality standards.
- Track and manage change orders, RFIs, and project
documentation.
- Ensure safety, quality, and compliance standards are
consistently met.
- Provide regular project status updates to leadership
and clients.
Requirements
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management,
Architecture, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
3–5 years of project management experience in
millwork, carpentry, or architectural woodwork.
Strong understanding of millwork fabrication,
finishes, and installation practices.
Ability to read and interpret architectural and shop
drawings.
Proficiency with project management software (MS
Project, Procore, or similar) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and
communication skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects
simultaneously.
