What You’ll Do
Manage commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
Oversee budgets, schedules, RFIs, submittals, change orders, billing, and WIP reporting
Coordinate architects, consultants, subcontractors, and field teams
Ensure safety, quality, and OSHA compliance on all projects
Lead project planning, scheduling, and resource management
Maintain strong client relationships and project communication
What We’re Looking For
7+ years of commercial construction project management experience
Hospitality/fuel center/big box construction experience is required
Bachelor’s degree in construction management or equivalent experience preferred
Strong knowledge of commercial building systems and MEP coordination
Tech savvy with current construction management tools
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Manage multiple projects and work under tight deadlines
OSHA knowledge required
Some travel required
