Project Manager MEP

Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Project Manager MEP to join our dynamic team in Plano, TX. In this role, you will oversee the planning, execution, and completion of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. If you have a passion for managing complex projects and a knack for problem-solving, we want to hear from you! Strong Electrical preffered.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage MEP projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project specifications are met.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that arise.
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders, providing updates and addressing concerns promptly.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare and present project reports to senior management and stakeholders.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager in the MEP sector, with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
• Strong understanding of MEP systems and construction processes.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative approach to teamwork.
• Proficient in project management software and tools.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
