Project Manager (Migration) / 100% Remote / (12 Month Contract)

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead planning, governance, risk management, and cross‑team coordination throughout this complex, high‑visibility migration. This role plays a central part in ensuring a smooth, accurate, regulatory‑compliant transition that maintains quality and operational continuity across multiple business lines.

The objective is to modernize and scale the communication fulfillment ecosystem while ensuring service continuity, accuracy, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities


+ Lead end‑to‑end migration activities from the legacy provider to the new enterprise vendor


+ Develop and manage project plans, governance structures, RAID logs, and reporting cadence


+ Partner closely with PMO, technology teams, and Operations organizations


+ Coordinate integration between the new vendor and multiple internal systems, including:


+ Core banking


+ CRM platforms


+ Alteryx


+ Batch File Transfer (BFT)


+ Content management tools




+ Drive execution, delivery, and knowledge transfer across workstreams


+ Support operational readiness, go‑live, and warranty/Hypercare phases


+ Ensure continuity, accuracy, and compliance for high‑volume, regulated customer communications


+ Provide ongoing visibility into risks, issues, decisions, and overall project health


+ Support SteerCo preparations and bi‑weekly reporting (Clarizen)


+ Track tasks, dependencies, and metrics through Azure DevOps (ADO)

+ Experience with End‑to‑end enterprise migrations & vendor transition leadership


+ Strong governance, risk, and communication management


+ Systems integration coordination across multiple platforms


+ Disciplined project execution and delivery


+ Regulated, high‑accuracy member/customer communication processes


+ Operational readiness, cutover planning, and Hypercare

Profiles that clearly demonstrate the following criteria will be given priority



+ Leadership of large, complex, enterprise‑level migrations within banking/financial services industry


+ Experience in regulated, accuracy‑critical communication workflows


+ Strong PM governance and risk management capabilities


+ Cross‑functional alignment skills across business, technology, and vendor teams


+ Practical ADO experience for daily execution


+ Hands‑on work with Clarizen or comparable reporting tools


+ Strong communication skills with proven delivery outcomes



Qualifications



+ Must be an experienced Project Manager with exceptional communication skills


+ Must provide clear, ongoing visibility into risks, issues, and overall performance


+ Must be capable of scaling workload based on changing project needs


+ Must demonstrate previous success in high‑complexity migration environments


Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Tukwila, WA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $65.00 - $75.00/hr.
