Project Manager – Heavy Civil Construction
Kearney | Grand Island | Lincoln | Omaha

Several reputable contractors across Nebraska are actively seeking experienced Project Managers to join their growing teams. These are key leadership roles supporting a strong pipeline of heavy civil and infrastructure work throughout the state. Note: Some opportunities may require some travel outside the area. 

What you’ll be doing:
Project Managers will oversee day-to-day operations of construction projects, ensuring successful delivery from start to finish. Responsibilities include managing budgets, schedules, subcontractors, field teams, and client relationships while maintaining safety, quality, and production goals.

Project experience preferred:

• Heavy civil construction
• Grading and earthwork
• Paving and roadway projects
• Bridge construction and rehabilitation
• Utility installation (wet and dry utilities)
• Site development and land development

What we’re looking for:

• 4+ years of experience as a Project Manager
• 7+ years of overall construction industry experience
• Strong background in heavy civil construction preferred
• Ability to manage multiple crews and projects
• Strong communication and leadership skills
