PMO Manager
Compensation: The hourly rate for this position is between $58.00-$60.00 per hour.
Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include [geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate].

- Med device / Med Tech, or Pharma experience.
- This project will involve the rebranding of Bio Sciences.
- Remote eligible with no relocation.
- The Project Manager is responsible for establishing project governance, driving execution, and ensuring re-brand & integration projects align with organizational objectives.
- This role provides oversight, processes, tools, and reporting to enable successful delivery of strategic initiatives across the organization.

- Establish and maintain PMO standards, methodologies, templates, and best practices.
- Manage project and segment leads / marcom leads to ensure alignment with business priorities and meet deadlines.
- Develop and monitor project plans (including identifying interdependencies), timelines, resources, and risks.
- Facilitate reporting progress and updates to the organization.
- Partner with functional brand lead to prioritize initiatives and allocate resources.
- Drive accountability for project deliverables, milestones, and outcomes.
- Promote continuous improvement.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of project, program, or portfolio management experience.
- PMP, PgMP, Agile, or equivalent certification preferred.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and strategic initiatives.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
