    About the Role

    What You'll Be Accountable For
    Delivering Projects Right — The First Time
    You will lead commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring scope, schedule, and quality are aligned and executed with precision.
    • Coordinate internal teams and field leadership
    • Keep projects progressing smoothly through each phase
    • Documentation is accurate
    Manage Financial Performance
    You will own cost control, forecasting, change management, and reporting.
    • Monitor budgets and forecasts
    • Manage change orders and cost reporting
    • Identify risks early and address them proactively
    Holding the Standard with Subcontractors
    You set clear expectations, enforce commitments, and follow through.
    • Work meets project specifications.
    • Address challenges constructively
    • Maintain strong, professional working relationships
    Managing Risk Before It Becomes a Problem
    • Decisions are based on data, not assumptions.
    • Maintain a high standard of quality and compliance
    • Escalate concerns early

    You’ll have the opportunity to use your expertise, analyze information carefully, and make informed decisions that protect both the project and the client.

    Qualifications

    • 5+ years of commercial construction project management experience
    • Mission Critical experience preferred
    • Strong understanding of scheduling, cost control, procurement, and documentation
    • Experience with Procore, Microsoft Office, and scheduling software (P6 or MS Project)
    • Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and contracts
    • OSHA 30 certification (or willingness to obtain)
    • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred
