Key Responsibilities
Manage low voltage, structured cabling, and security integration projects from award through closeout — on schedule, on budget, and to spec.
Build and maintain customer relationships across the Missoula market and surrounding commercial and institutional accounts.
Support regional sales efforts, assist with estimating, and help drive new business development.
Coordinate with field teams, operations, and service departments to ensure smooth project execution.
Provide day-to-day leadership and accountability to project teams and field personnel.
Identify new low voltage and security integration opportunities in commercial, institutional, and related markets.
Help develop operational processes and improve overall office efficiency.
Represent the company professionally with customers, vendors, subcontractors, and industry partners.
Contribute to long-term growth strategy for the Missoula office with a trajectory toward Territory Manager.
Required Qualifications
Background in low voltage, structured cabling, or security integration — as a Project Manager, field lead, or sales professional.
Demonstrated ability to manage customer relationships and support business development in a relationship-based market.
Track record of delivering projects on time and on budget.
High energy, self-starter mentality — this person drives momentum rather than waiting for direction.
Strong communication skills and the ability to balance project execution with customer-facing responsibilities.
Must be located in Missoula or willing to relocate — this is a full-time, in-person role with a day-one presence requirement.

Experience with estimating, sales support, or account management in the low voltage or security integration space.
Familiarity with security systems including access control, CCTV, or structured cabling infrastructure such as Cat6 and fiber.

Compensation and Benefits
Base salary: $85,000 – $115,000 depending on experience
