Project Manager - Mixed Commercial ConstructionLead the planning, scheduling, and execution of mixed commercial construction projects from start to finish. Manage project budgets, ensuring financial targets are met without compromising quality. Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery. Monitor construction progress, addressing any issues or delays proactively. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards throughout project execution. Prepare and present progress reports to internal and external stakeholders. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met.
