Description

  • Lead large-scale ground-up commercial projects from preconstruction through closeout.
  • Develop and manage budgets, schedules, and contracts, ensuring financial control and timely delivery.
  • Oversee and mentor project teams, including Project Managers, Superintendents, and subcontractors, fostering accountability and professional growth.
  • Serve as the primary client liaison, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring satisfaction at every stage.
  • Monitor project execution through site visits to verify quality, safety, and adherence to design specifications.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, resolving issues proactively to keep projects aligned with goals.

Profile

  • 5+ years of experience managing large-scale ground-up projects for a general contractor in commercial sectors.
  • Expertise in budgeting, scheduling, contract administration, and risk management with a proven record of on-time, on-budget delivery.
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills to guide project teams and support professional growth.
  • Strategic, detail-oriented, and client-focused with excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
