Description
- Lead large-scale ground-up commercial projects from preconstruction through closeout.
- Develop and manage budgets, schedules, and contracts, ensuring financial control and timely delivery.
- Oversee and mentor project teams, including Project Managers, Superintendents, and subcontractors, fostering accountability and professional growth.
- Serve as the primary client liaison, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring satisfaction at every stage.
- Monitor project execution through site visits to verify quality, safety, and adherence to design specifications.
- Identify and mitigate risks, resolving issues proactively to keep projects aligned with goals.
