Job Description

The Birmingham Group is recruiting a Project Manager for a North Louisiana general contractor with growing commercial and industrial work. 

You’ll lead multiple ground-up projects, manage field execution, and help estimate the work you’ll deliver.

 

Job Responsibilities

What You'll Do

  • Manage $20M+ of concurrent commercial and industrial projects from preconstruction through closeout
  • Own budgets, buyout, schedules, subcontractor and vendor relationships, and owner communication on each job
  • Partner with field leadership to keep crews productive and projects on schedule
  • Project estimates, with the owner reviewing numbers before they go to clients
  • Report directly to the company owner and have real input on how the work gets built

Qualifications

What You Bring

  • 15+ years of construction project management experience
  • A proven ability to manage concurrent ground-up projects
  • Proven ability to run multiple projects simultaneously
  • Estimating experience
  • Industrial background is a strong plus 
  • Southeast market experience preferred
